The Toque d’Or team also won the award for most Innovative use of the Sponsors product. A huge achievement and a big pat on the back of the Tutors & Students who worked so hard on all the recipes. This is a new award and it was mentioned how our team achieved the best use of the products over all the courses creating stunning dishes.
Toque d’Or is the competition for young chefs and it’s an invitational event and we are the first private training provider to be invited.
